What will your responsibilities be as a leader?

• You will be the technical manager of a web development area
• You will define the development methodology and the technical ecosystem (continuous integration, code management, etc.)
• You will define the technological strategy together with the global technical manager
• You will mentor the technical team and technical architects
• You will be responsible for defining the team's training strategy
• And, if you wish, you can contribute to the company from other points of view, for example:
• Publishing or coordinating technical publications on our blog
• Giving training to technical teams
• Making talks in forums and fairs
• Accompanying the business teams to make pre-sales in the most technical opportunities

This is what we expect from you:

• Knowledge of Java and any Front Javascript technology.
• Experience setting up architectures based on microservices.
• That you have worked with Cloud services.
• Experience setting up a CD / CI system.
