About Gytenis

Gytenis Mikulėnas, PhD, brings over two decades of tech industry experience to his role as a Senior Engineering Manager at Mambu cloud banking SaaS platform. Before moving into leadership, he spent 16+ years in the trenches as a hands-on software engineer building across mobile, frontend, backend, and databases. For the past 7+ years, he has channeled that deep technical expertise into engineering management. His international career—spanning Lithuania and 8 years in the vibrant Berlin tech scene—includes shaping engineering cultures in early-to-mid-stage startups, corporate innovation hubs, B2B, and B2C environments.
