About Wladimir

At MapTiler, I am responsible for developer relations, and I focus on identifying the most effective ways to empower and support the developer community. I have more than 15 years of experience developing web mapping applications across various projects at the Cartographic and Geological Institute of Catalonia and in startup environments. I also serve as an associate professor at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, where I teach web mapping courses in the Master’s program in Geoinformation. I strongly believe in the open movement, whether it relates to software, data, or knowledge. For that reason, I am a member of the Spanish OSGeo community and OpenStreetMap.
