About Will

Will is Head of Engineering at Zencoder, where he leads teams building AI-powered products and workflows for modern organizations. He has a PhD in Operations Research and both hands on and leadership experience spanning large-scale data platforms, launching Teradata’s ModelOps product, to now building agentic products at Zencoder. He’s passionate about making AI practical and genuinely useful, helping people and teams move faster while building with confidence and trust.
