Senior Principal Developer Advocate

In a world where the focus is on building smart agents and having LLMs spit out production-ready code, what is happening to Developer Experience? How are all these tools and new types of workflows changing our developer practices, the outcome produced by development teams, and what does it mean for cloud native developers? In this session, we will examine where the new breed of tools is headed and how we can help developers craft better software (without wasting millions on cloud-based models). More importantly, we will examine the gaps still not covered by new tools and the natural evolution of this fast-evolving space. To keep things practical, we will examine coding agents, workflows, and the markdown files currently used to guide LLMs to produce usable code. Key Takeaways: Tools and practices available for developers to get the most out of their LLM tokens Recommended agentic workflows The answer to “why having an amazing developer experience is not enough if you cannot run your agents in production.”
