"What does running in the artic have to do with leadership in engineering and agile transformation?" Marta Padilla, Software Engineer with more than 20 years experience in leadership positions and keen marathon runner, painfully discovered it while running in Greenland! She discovered many analogies with her experience implementing Agile and as a leader for engineering organisations.
